Our Story
Sati Consulting, founded by organizational psychologist Jaime Kuo, Ph.D., is proud to offer consultation and program design specializing in employee performance and talent development. Located in San Francisco, California, Jaime has over 15 years of professional experience guiding and creating programs for employees, managers and leaders on strategies and tools to grow and thrive - not only as professionals, but also as humans.
Over her career, Jaime has held talent management and talent development roles within global companies that span several industries such as aviation, apparel & retail, tech and consumer goods. She has led global programs transforming high-performance cultures. She loves collaborating with clients and building solutions with them.

Jaime received her Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.

In her spare time she teaches and practices yoga.
